Why should I buy props from PropShop instead of a general drone shop?+
PropShop is a specialist propeller store, not a generalist. Every product has complete specs — shaft compatibility, recommended motors, blade count, pitch, material — so you know exactly what fits before ordering. We stock from an EU warehouse in Austria, so you get 1–3 day shipping with no customs hassle.
Where do you ship to?+
All EU countries. We ship from Austria — no customs fees, no import duties, no overseas delays.
How long does shipping take?+
1–3 business days within Central Europe (AT, DE, CZ, etc.), 3–5 business days for other EU countries.
How many props come in a set?+
Most propeller sets include 4 props (2x CW, 2x CCW) — exactly what one quad needs. Check the product page for the exact pack quantity.
Can I return props?+
Yes. Unused propellers in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Contact us and we'll arrange the return — no hassle.
How do I know which shaft size I need?+
Check your motor's shaft diameter — it's usually in the motor specs or printed on the bell. Most 5" motors use M5 (5mm), micro and whoop motors use 1.5mm. Every product page on PropShop lists the compatible shaft sizes.
CW vs CCW — does it matter?+
Yes. A quad uses 2 clockwise (CW) and 2 counter-clockwise (CCW) props. They must match the motor rotation direction. Most prop sets include both — we note it clearly on each product page.
Do you only sell propellers?+
Yes, and that's intentional. By focusing entirely on props, we can offer deeper specs, better stock, and real fitment guidance — things that are impossible when a shop spreads across hundreds of product categories.
